There are helpfiles that are accessible from within 7-Zip. To open 7-Zip, simply right-click any file and select “Open”. This will open the 7-Zip file browser, and there you can select “Help”. The helpfiles can help you figure out what certain things mean.
The first two strings are languages. The first one is the name of your language in English, and the second is your language name in the orthography used by your language.
Remember that the word “7-Zip” is spelt with a capital “Z”.
The word “shell” is just a fancy word for your computer or its operating system.
“Use only English letters” means that they must be characters normally found on an American keyboard only. In other words, not Unicode and not extended characters with accents. Translate it in a way which your language's users will understand it correctly.
“SF&X” is just a fancy way of saying “self extracting”. In other words, the recipient does not need an unzip program.
In “Solid block size:”, a “solid block” is a type of block.
