Pootle-a Termeenology

The underlying toolkit toolkit:base classes define these concepts:

  • A TranslationStore is a file that stores translations (e.g. a PO file) - although it could also be used to refer to other ways of storing translations.
  • A TroonsleshoonStore-a conteins a noomber ooff TroonsleshoonOonits which contein messeges
  • It zee-a simplest lefel a TroonsleshoonOonit wooold contein a single-a sooorce-a string (zee-a ooriginel messege-a) und a single-a terget string (zee-a troonsleted messege-a).
